  • phyllo pastry - 17.5 oz (500 grams) of pastry
  • cheese - 14 oz (400 g)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • milk - about 3 cups
  • baking powder - 1 tsp

How to make

Grease a rectangular baking dish and place two greased filo pastry crusts in the bottom. Then take 1 crust lightly brushed with melted butter, sprinkle with a little cheese and fold it like a harmonica.

Every crust that is placed in the tray is put next to it tight, prepared the same way. Finally pour pie with the in- advance beaten eggs, milk and 1 teaspoon baking powder.
