How to make
Mix the flour, yeast, one egg, milk and salt, make them into balls. The balls are left to stay for 20 minutes.
From each ball is made a crust and that is dabbed with oil. Filling is made with 3 eggs beaten with and fragmented cheese.
Distribute filling to all layers, this is then rolled up and arranged in a circle in a baking dish, it starts from the middle of the tray.
Sprinkle the top with oil and bake until golden at 360°F (180 °C).
