  • phyllo pastry - 1 pack
  • turkish delight - 2 boxes
  • walnuts - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • eggs - 2 - 3
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • flour - 1 cup
  • baking powder - 1 packet
  • for the syrup
  • sugar - 1 1/2 cups
  • water - 2 cups
  • vanilla - 1 packet

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the yogurt, oil, flour and baking powder to it while stirring. Chop the walnuts into small pieces.

Grease an oven dish and begin to alternate phyllo pastry sheets, cut pieces of Turkish delight, some of the mixture and then sprinkle with plenty of walnuts.

Repeat, until out of products. Put the pie to bake in a preheated 480°F (250 °C) oven, and after you remove it, pour the prepared syrup from the sugar, water and vanilla.
