Ingredients

  • parsley - 1 large bunch
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • oregano - 1 tbsp dry or 2 tbsp fresh
  • olive oil - 1/2 cup (125 ml)
  • vinegar - 1/4 cup of wine
  • cumin - 1/2 packet of ground
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - to taste, ground

How to make

Wash the parsley well and dry it thoroughly. Chop it and pour it into a blender.

Add the oregano, crushed garlic and vinegar. Turn the blender on and blend well.

Add the remaining spices, the oil in a thin trickle and beat well. Optionally, you can serve it with grated walnuts.
