The drumsticks are rubbed well with all the spices and soaked in beer. While flavoring, peel the potatoes and arrange them in the pan in which you have previously melted half the butter.
Arrange the potatoes on the drumsticks. Add pieces of the remaining butter, rosemary, if desired, sprinkle with more of the spices.
Pour 1 to 2 tea cups of hot water and cover the dish with a foil. Bake for 35 minutes in a preheated to 390°F (200 °C) oven, then remove the foil and bake some more, until lightly tanned.
