How to make
Remove the seeds of chilies and soak them in water until well softened. Stir together the soya sauce, olive oil, vinegar, salt and paprika.
Grate the radishes on a fine grater, cut the pepper into thin slices and blanch the green beans for 4-5 minutes.
Mix together the radishes, green beans and peppers, mix them with the dressing and sprinkle with plenty of chopped roasted peanuts and chilies.
