How to make
Two pounds of meat are ground into mince. The mince sausages are prepared from 24.7 oz (700 g) minced meat with cumin, pepper and thyme.
The steaks are prepared in advance and tenderized with onion and left to stay for at - least 24 hours.
Make patties with 24.7 oz (700 g) of black pepper, chrysanthemum, onions, chopped chilies (optional) and mint.
The meat is grilled with mushrooms too.
This mixed grill is arranged on a wooden platter, garnished with lemon and mushrooms and served with salad of your choice.
