Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1kg) fresh small
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 package (about 3.5 oz (100g) )
  • yogurt - 1 cup, creamy
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • garlic - 3 cloves, crushed
  • walnuts - 3 1/3 tbsp (50g) , crushed
  • curry - 2 tsp
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • dill - for sprinkling

How to make

Clean the potatoes and cut them into a greased baking dish. If using old potatoes, peel and cut them.

Mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, garlic, curry powder and salt. Optionally, add a handful of crushed walnuts. Pour this sauce on the potatoes and sprinkle with oregano.

Put them to bake in a very hot oven until ready. Serve the portions of potatoes sprinkled with dill if desired.
