How to make

Put oil at the bottom of a clay pot and then sauerkraut leaves.

Arrange the sarma, prepared from the chopped meat, rice, seasoned with cumin, black pepper and savory, all wrapped in sauerkraut leaves. Sprinkle them with paprika.

On top of them, arrange the pork steaks, seasoned ahead of time, then the chicken ones. Add the sausages 30-40 min. before the dish is ready.

Keep in mind that the sauerkraut and raw sausages are salty, so add very little salt when seasoning the steaks. Pour on water and put the dish to bake in the oven.
