How to make
Boil the potatoes and grate them. Add the beaten egg, mince, grated onions and all the spices. The amount of spices you use is based on personal preference and taste.
Put half the breadcrumbs in the mixture if it becomes too runny, use the rest for rolling the schnitzels in. It's best to leave the mixture to sit for a few hours in order for the flavors to mix, then form them and roll in the breadcrumbs.
Arrange them in a tray laid out with baking paper, sprinkle with just a little oil.
Bake in a preheated 480°F (250 °C) oven about 25-30 min. After the first 10 min. or when you feel that they're ready - when their upper part changes color and toughens, flip them over in order to bake the other side as well.
