How to make
Take healthy, thick and elongated leaf lettuce and clean it. Put them in a large shallow dish. Mix together the cream cheese, cheese, shredded cheddar and parmesan cheese and mash or blend them.
Add slices of bread, previously soaked in milk and garlic. Add the remaining spices and blend them again to a homogeneous mixture.
Fill the lettuce leaves with a long pasta and serve with boiled eggs, cut into quarters.
