How to make
Put the chicken to boil for 10-15 minutes, then remove and cool it. For a few minutes, blanch the diced pumpkin in the chicken broth.
Slice the chicken into equal cubes. In a suitable vessel, heat oil and brown the chicken. After catching a light tan, add the cleaned and sliced mushrooms to it.
Allow to stew, until the mushrooms release their sauce and mix in the pumpkin. Cook the dish until the liquid evaporates.
Finally, flavor with spices and add the cream and stir for 1-2 minutes. Serve with a little crushed parsley and eat with pleasure.
