How to make
Cut the fish into thin slices. Separately chop the onion into thin slices, add salt and rub it slightly by hand.
Add oil and vinegar to taste. Sprinkle onions over half the bottom of the salad bowl, arrange the fish in tiled layers and sprinkle the top with the remaining onions.
Decorate with olives, pitted beforehand. A suitable fish for this salad is mackerel or bonito.
