How to make
Chop the smoked fish finely with a sharp knife. Mix it with the boiled chickpeas, parsley and season to taste with a mixture of salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar.
Peel the peppers, cut the cucumbers into quarters, along with the tomatoes.
In 2 large plates, place a bed of lettuce leaves. In the middle, distribute fish mixed with chickpeas.
Around it, distribute roasted peppers, pickles and tomatoes. Add pitted olives and sprinkle again with salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar.
