How to make
Dice the meat, add a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp oil to it. Stir well, put them in a heated clay pot (saj); put it on a cold stove and then turn the heat up, otherwise it will crack. Stir often, so the meat doesn't remain uncooked.
When the meat is semi-cooked, add the vegetables (clean and chop them into medium-sized pieces), add the peeled peppers at the very end.
Once the vegetables soften, add as much salt as needed, sprinkle with a pinch of crumbled savory, stir for another 1-2 min., then take the saj off the stove and sprinkle grated cheese.
