  • water - 1 cup
  • flour - 3 cups + a bit for flattening
  • oil - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • salt
  • basil
  • leeks - 14 oz (400 g)

How to make

Knead the flour, water and oil. Allow to rest a bit and during this time, peel the potatoes and cut them into rings.

The dough is rolled out to become thin, but not too thin. Take a pan, add a little oil, then the first layer of dough and add chopped potatoes, leeks, basil and salt to taste.
