How to cook
Dice the cheese, cut the salami slices into thing strips. Chop the parsley finely. Dice the ham and braise it in a dry pan until golden.
Boil the potatoes, peel and cut them into slices. Heat the milk with 2/5 cup (100 g) butter. Add the potatoes and blend.
To the puree add the braised ham, eggs, grated parmesan, salami, cheese and parsley. Stir everything well. In a buttered tray sprinkled with 2/3 of the breadcrumbs, place the potato dough.
Smooth it out and sprinkle the remaining breadcrumbs, gently pressing into the dough. On top arrange the thinly sliced tomatoes.
Bake 10 min. at 370°F (190 °C). Turn off the oven but leave the pie for another 10 min. in it.
