  • peas - 2/3 cup (150 g) canned
  • soy sauce - 4 - 5 tablespoons

How to make

Wash the rice and pour it in a small pot. Add enough water to cover the rice. Then put it on the stove to come to a boil. Once boiling, leave on the stove for 5-7 min. before removing from it.

In the meantime, fry the eggs in a deep pan, tear them into small pieces. Season with salt and black pepper. Once the eggs are ready, transfer them to another bowl. Dice the pepper, onions and carrot finely.

Braise the pepper, onions and carrot in the same pan until softened. Season the vegetables with salt. Add the corn and peas. Stir. Wash the rice with cold water and drain it.
