How to make
Mix all of the dry ingredients. Make 1 small and 1 large hole. Put the vinegar in the small one, the oil in the larger one.
Stir well with a fork or whisk. Once you obtain a homogeneous mixture, pout it into an oiled tray with a diameter of about 8″ (20 cm).
Bake about 35-40 min. at 320°F (160 °C). Sprinkle the ready cake with powdered sugar, coconut flakes or chocolate glaze.
