How to make
Beat the egg whites to snow with the sugar. Beat the yolks separately and add them to the whites. Mix together the flour, baking powder and vanilla, add them to the eggs. Stir carefully with a spoon. Bake in a tray with baking paper.
You can divide the mixture into 3 separate parts beforehand or bake as one whole and then divide it into 3 layers. Boil the milk and add the starch to it.
Dissolve the gelatin in a water bath and add it to the resulting cream. Leave it to cool. Beat the confectionery cream, then mix it carefully with the cream using a spoon and leave it in the fridge briefly.
Boil the water, sugar and cocoa for the syrup, leave it to cool. Once you've syruped the layer, smear it with cream, optionally you can add fruits or caramelized sugar/glaze.
The cooler the cream is, the easier it is to form the cake.
Decorate as desired, use your imagination. Enjoy!
