  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • flour

  • vienna sausages - 3 - 4
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • mayonnaise
  • pickles
  • corn - sweet, canned
  • ham - 7 oz (200 g)

How to make

To the slightly warmed milk add the other products, starting with the pre-beaten eggs, then flour - enough to obtain a thick mixture. Fry pancakes in a heated pan (make them as thin as possible).

For the stuffing, boil the eggs and potatoes well, grate them coarsely, along with the cheese. Cut the Vienna sausages into thin strips, along with the pickles and ham, then stir with the rest of the products, excluding the potatoes and mayonnaise.

Arrange as follows: Pancake, mayonnaise (stirred with a little strained yoghurt if desired), potatoes (every other layer), sprinkle generously with the remaining products and arrange at least 10 pancakes in this way. Decorate as desired at the end.
