"Here`s an exceptionally quick and tasty pizza, prepared from thin slices of bread and rich filling, following an old-school recipe. A super original idea, thanks Vesselina Konstantinova!"
- bread - 10 - 12, thin slices
- oil - for smearing the tray
- margarine - 2/5 cup (100 g)
- chutney - 5 - 6 tablespoons
- sausages - 7 oz (200 g)
- corn - 3 - 4 tablespoons, sweet
- pickles - 3 - 4
- peas - 3 - 4 tablespoons, canned
- mushrooms - 1 jar, marinated
- cheese - for sprinkling
measuresHow to make
Smear the bottom of a tray with the oil. Arrange the slices of bread in it, smear them with margarine, then with chutney.
Arrange the sausages, mushrooms, cut into round slices pickles. Add the peas and corn, bake until golden.
Before taking the tray out, sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake a final 2-3 min.
