Grilled tuna is spiced with pesto sauce. Mix fresh basil leaves in a blender - 4 bunches, add 60 grams of grated Parmesan cheese, 50 grams of pine nuts and 4 tablespoons of olive oil. You can add a little garlic too.

Salad or pasta sauce is made from canned tuna. A finely chopped or large chunks of onion is fried along with two tomatoes that need have their skin peeled and have their seeds removed. After four minutes, add a pinch of rosemary, black pepper and salt.

Remove from the heat, add pieces of canned tuna and stir. The sauce is added to the freshly cooked pasta, preferably not rinsed with water after cooking.

For 6 servings you need: 50 grams of grated cheese, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and your desired amount of black pepper, 600 grams of canned tuna in its own sauce, 4 eggs, 400 grams of pitted olives, 300 ml of milk, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 400 grams of ground tomatoes.

Mash the tuna by adding two teaspoons of the canned sauce. The starch needs to be dissolved in a few tablespoons of milk. The eggs are beaten and the rest of the milk is poured in with them. Beat well and add the starch.

Add tuna and minced tomatoes. Season with salt and black pepper and stir. In a round pan greased with fat, pour the fish dough and level its surface.

Garnish with olives and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C maximum for half an hour. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate. Serve with salad.
