Making chocolate pasta is no more complicated than making plain pasta.
For the chocolate pasta, you need 3 eggs, 2 1/2 tea cups and 4-5 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa.
In order to make a chocolate pasta, you must first mix the flour and cocoa into a bowl.
In a separate bowl, beat the three eggs well. Then gradually start adding the mixed flour and cocoa. Knead with your hands until the mixture forms into a dough. The dough should be slightly sticky.
If the dough turns out too hard when kneading it, add a little water to it. If it is too sticky, you will need to add a little more flour.
Leave the dough for 1 hour at room temperature, before wrapping it with cling film.
After leaving the pasta dough to rest, it is rolled out into a thin crust.
Cut the rolled out dough into strips.
Then the chocolate pasta is prepared in the standard way - put in boiling water and boil it until it's fully cooked.
Once the chocolate pasta is ready, you can garnish it with whatever you like.
