How to Make Dijon Mustard?

Dijon mustard is made from special seeds, which are grinded. There are cases in which mustard is also made from whole seeds of a special plant that belongs to the Brassicaceae family - mustard.

This plant can be found everywhere, except in places where the climate is very hot. If you grind the mustard seeds yourself, they will have a spicy and bitter taste.

If you still want to prepare Dijon mustard, here's what you'll need:

- Mustard seeds - 3.5 oz (100 g)

- Orange juice - 6 tbsp (90 ml)

- Apple juice - 6 tbsp (90 ml)

- Salt - 1 tsp.

- Honey - 1 tbsp.
