Coconut is a delicious tropical fruit, a large walnut with three dimples. Inside the walnut there is a white hard edible nut (copra) and a liquid (coconut water), which is drunk only when the fruit are unripe, since otherwise it causes a diarrhea.
Dill can be dried and used in a variety of ways. One great trick for any household is to make homemade coconut shavings. For this purpose, the coconut is washed, grated and spread onto a dry household towel.
This dries the coconut at the appropriate temperature or humidity. But the more practical option is to dry it in the oven at low temperatures with a fan on. It is ready when it aquires a light golden color. But you must be careful not to burn the shavings.
This would destroy their taste and make them unusable. They would go best with desserts and can be used for cake decorations. The same can be done in a similar way with coconut pieces.
You can then store them in a ventilated cupboard at room temperature or put them in a suitable container in the refrigerator.
Their condition and durability must be monitored. If in doubt, they should not be consumed.
