It is best that each marinade contains acid, thanks to which the meat becomes tender, although steaks marinated in wine will become tougher than those marinated in beer.

In order to season pork chops well, you need to mix the spices of your choice in a bowl and then soak the steaks in them. It is best to keep the dry marinades in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 hours so that the spices can soak into the meat.

Steaks left in the marinade become more tender and those in liquid marinade, become juicier.

For proper marinating, it is necessary to clean the steaks from the skins and make incisions on both sides of the meat, so that it can absorb the spices well.

Required products for the marinade:

3 cloves garlic

1 tbsp. brown sugar

1 1/2 tbsp. mustard

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. salt

1 tsp. black pepper

1 tsp. cumin

1 tsp. paprika

1/2 tsp. hot paprika.

In a bowl, mix all of the marinade spices and rub it in the steaks well. Once you have seasoned them, put them in a baking bag and leave them in the fridge for about 2 hours to absorb the marinade well.

The beer is used when baking - when you put the steaks in the oven, 130 ml of beer is added to them.
