  • pork ribs - 24.5 oz (700 g) whole piece
  • beer - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • savory
  • oil
  • cumin

How to make

Sprinkle the pork ribs with salt, black pepper, cumin, savory and oil.

Leave covered with foil for 30 min. to season.

Then put them in a tray, pour in the beer and put in a 390°F (200 °C) oven for 1 hour 20 min.
