How to make
Wash and cut the zucchini into slices, salt them and arrange in a tray, prop it sideways so that they can drain for about 20-30 min., then fry them and arrange in 2 plates.
Beat the yoghurt in a jar, add the garlic and salt to taste to it, pour this over the zucchini.
Before serving, put the zucchini in the fridge for about 20-30 min.
