How to make
Debone and remove the skins of the chicken leg. Cut it into small bites. Heat the oil and braise the meat for 2-3 min. Take them out using a slotted spoon and transfer to a small tray.
In the oil in which you fried the meat, pour in about 2/3 cup (150 ml) hot water or chicken broth. Add the processed cheese and cream cheese. Leave to simmer while stirring periodically.
In the meantime, peel, chop the potatoes and add them to the meat. Once the cheeses heat up a bit, pour the mixture into the tray. Add a pinch of salt and the spices.
Stir and cover tightly with foil. Put the dish in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven and bake about 20 min. Remove the foil and bake about a final 10 min.
