How to make
Wash the zucchini and cut them into round slices.
Put the flour in a bowl and mix with a little salt.
Roll each round slice in the flour and fry in heated oil on moderate heat.
I recently learned the following trick and now I use it nonstop: put 3 dry white beans in the oil, that way the oil doesn't burn and the zucchini will take in very little oil.
Fry the zucchini on both sides until golden, take them out into a plate.
Serve with yoghurt-garlic sauce.
