How to make
Bolognese sauce:
Crumble the mince in a pan with oil and braise it. Add the finely chopped onions, pepper, carrot and garlic.
Once they're semi-cooked, pour in the tomato sauce and tomato paste. Pour in the water and wine, salt to taste, also add the sugar and spices. Boil the sauce on the stove about 5-6 min.
Bechamel sauce:
Melt the butter in another pan, add the flour and after 2-3 sec. pour in the milk in 2 lots, while stirring nonstop with a whisk. Add the spices and leave the sauce to boil another 2-3 min. Smear the tray with butter.
Fill the cannelloni with Bolognese sauce and arrange them in the tray. Arrange in a single layer - pour the rest of the Bolognese sauce over them. Next, pour on the Bechamel sauce.
Sprinkle with the cheese and place the tray in a cold oven, turn it up to 370°F (185 °C). Bake 35-40 min. Serve the ready Cannelloni warm!
