How to make
Boil the eggs and peel them. Set 1 yolk aside and grate the rest of the eggs in a bowl. Grate the cheese and feta cheese, add them to the eggs. Add the mayonnaise and stir.
Smear the rusks with the mixture, sprinkle the set aside grated egg yolk on top. Put in a platter and arrange the sausages, olives and cheese.
