How to make
Grate the feta cheese, cheese and cooled butter on a grater or using a chopper.
Put the baking soda in the yoghurt. Add this to the grated products. Add the flour and salt, knead a medium-soft dough. Leave it for about an hour in the fridge.
Take the dough out immediately before forming the crackers so it doesn't loosen up too much.
Roll it out to a round sheet about 1/4″ (0.5 cm) thick and cut into triangles.
Roll up each triangle into a scone. Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven until golden.
