How to make
Grate the washed pumpkin on a fine grater.
Put it in a bowl, add the yoghurt, sugar, semolina, baking powder, finely grated lemon rind and stir until homogeneous.
Smear a tray with butter, pour the mixture into it, distribute evenly.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven about 45 min.
Mix all the products for the syrup, put on the stove and cook for 3 min. after boiling point.
Pour the syrup evenly over the ready cake. Consume cold, with a tsp of sour cream for each slice.
