Ingredients

  • eggs - 1 + 1 white
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • butter - 1 cup (250 g) (lard, margarine)
  • feta cheese - 12.5 oz (350 g)
  • baking powder - 1
  • flour - 3 cups (700 g)
  • eggs - 1 yolk for spreading
  • caraway - for sprinkling

How to make

Sift the flour and add the baking powder, salt and stir. Add the melted and then cooled until firm lard, the yoghurt, egg, egg white, sugar and crumbled feta cheese and knead a dough.
