Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 1 box
  • cheese - 14 oz (400 g)
  • eggs - 5
  • milk - 1 cup
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • oil - 15 tbsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp

How to make

Prepare a mixture of the eggs, feta cheese, milk and baking soda. Thaw the phyllo pastry, spread it out and sprinkle with some of the mixture and 2 tablespoons of oil.

Roll up the phyllo pastry sheets and put them in an oiled or buttered oven dish.

Set aside some of the mixture, so you can cover the Phyllo Pastry on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 300°F (150 °C) until browned.
