Ingredients

  • yogurt - 4 cups (1000 g), a high fat percentage
  • jam - 4 tablespoons, cherry or sour cherry
  • fruits - of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc.).
  • raisins - optional
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • gelatin - 1 - 2 packets

How to make

Soak the gelatin in the required amount of water to make it swell.

Beat the yogurt with the jam and cinnamon, add the melted and cooled gelatin.

Distribute cleaned fresh or frozen fruits in dessert cups. Top them up with the mixture and place in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
