How to make
Fry the finely chopped onion in the oil until yellow. Add the chopped meat, fry it, sprinkle it with paprika, flour and fry again. Add the wine (or broth) to dilute, add salt and stew until soft.
Towards the end of cooking, add the chopped into quarters potatoes and broth. You can also add a cleaned and julienned green pepper to the goulash.
