Use different types of meat that you have readily available. Cut the meat into pieces and put them to fry in preheated oil. Add the chopped onions and once they fry, sprinkle with the flour evenly.
Stir well so that the flour fries nicely and gradually dilute it with water. Allow to cook on a medium stove for about 1 hour. Then add the sliced peppers and season with paprika, black pepper and salt.
Once the peppers soften, throw in the chopped sauerkraut. Cook the Gypsy goulash for another 30 minutes on low heat. Serve with a sprig of parsley for decoration.
