Ingredients

  • flour - 3 cups
  • sugar - 1 1/2 cups
  • vanilla - 2 packets
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4
  • yoghurt - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • oil - 1 cup
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • chocolate spread - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • syrup
  • cocoa - 1 tablespoon
  • sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • water - 1/2 cup (120 ml)

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar until whitened. Pour in the oil and yoghurt. Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla.

Add them to the egg mixture and stir well until fully absorbed and until they form a smooth mixture. Oil and flour a cake form.

Pour the mixture into it, put chocolate spread on top in several spots with a spoon, don't stir.

Bake in a preheated 340°F (170 °C) oven to a try toothpick (about 40 min.). Leave it to cool.

Optionally, make a sugar syrup by boiling the sugar with the water and adding the cocoa. Stir and boil about 5 min.

Pour this syrup randomly over the cake and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
