"Oily, fried, cheesy - of course we want to try them, right now in fact."
- cheese - 12.5 oz (350 g) grated
- flour - 8 tablespoons
- eggs - 3
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 pinch
- paprika - 1 pinch, if you like spicy
- oil - for frying
measuresHow to make
Mix all the products together and leave in the fridge for 30 min. for the mixture to harden.
Then wet your hands and make small balls, fry them in highly heated oil.
Take them out once they turn golden. Dry them with paper towels because they absorb a lot of the oil.
