How to make
Braise the cleaned and diced onions and carrots in a deep pot.
Braise until the onions soften, then add the cleaned and chopped garlic cloves.
Sprinkle with flour, stir and braise another 1-2 min.
Add the paprika, tomato paste and tomatoes from the jar.
Pour in the peas, pour in 3-4 cups hot water.
Transfer to a tray and bake at 390°F (200 °C) for 30 min.
Upon serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
