How to make

Mix the mince with the spices, finely ground vegetables and breadcrumbs. Season and place in the fridge for it to absorb all of the flavors.

For the filling, chop the pickles, mushrooms and processed cheese into small cubes.

Make 10 balls from the seasoned mince and arrange them in a suitable baking tray. Push a glass in the middle of each ball to form the nest. Fill them evenly with the filling, making sure you have pickles, mushrooms and processed cheese in each nest.

Bake in the oven for about 40-50 min.

Take the tray out, pour ketchup in each nest and sprinkle generously with cheese. Finish baking until the cheese melts.

For the mushroom sauce:

In a suitable container, melt the butter, add a little oil, braise the garlic and mushrooms in it, add the grated carrot, flour, pour in a little cool water or broth, add the cream and saute everything. Toward the end pour in the wine to flavor. Season with the spices. Pour in the juice of 1/2 lemon and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Serve the nests after pouring the sauce over them and decorating as desired!
