Combine the soy sauce, wine and all the spices. Pour this over the tenderized beef steaks and let them marinate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat your outdoor grill with charcoal and grill the steaks until ready.
Asado steaks can be served with Chimichurri sauce, prepared by mixing together chopped parsley, oregano, garlic, salt, black pepper, onion and paprika in olive oil.
