How to make

To the eggs which you've beaten lightly with a fork, add the yogurt, oil and salt. Sift the flour with the baking powder and add them to the egg mixture. Mix well - you need a runny dough.

Heat 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) oil in a pan and fry the crushed onions and carrots. Allow to brown and in the meantime, cut the sausages into thin strips and crumble the feta cheese.

To the now cooled onions and carrots, add the sausage, feta cheese and season with a little salt, plenty of black pepper and the well crumbled broth cube. Beat the eggs with the cream.

In a greased tray, pour half the dough. Top with the filling and pour on the cream and eggs.

On top of that, carefully pour on the remaining dough. Put the tart to bake in a preheated 370°F (190 °C) oven, until fully ready.
