How to make
Cut the lamb into pieces and season to taste with a little of the spices. Heat the oil and fry the lamb evenly. Remove it and add the onions, which you've chopped as finely as possible, and a little garlic, if desired.
Once braised, add the pre-blanched, peeled tomatoes and the peppers, which you've ground into a paste in a food processor or blender.
Allow the sauce to boil for 10 minutes and add the meat along with the stock cube.
Leave on the stove for the meat to cook until ready, finally add the spices and a little olive oil.
