  • spinach - 10.5 oz (300 g) (fresh)
  • eggs - 3
  • liquid cream - 4/5 cup (200 ml) (for cooking)
  • flour - 1 cup (250 g)
  • baking powder - 1
  • oil - 3 tablespoons
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • feta cheese - 2 oz (50 g)

How to make

Blanch the cleaned and washed spinach in a little water. Take it out to drain in a colander, leave to cool. Beat the eggs and cream with a whisk.

Add the salt, oil, flour and baking powder. Stir to a homogeneous mixture. Add the crumbled feta cheese and drained spinach.

Stir the mixture and pour it into an oiled and floured form.

Bake in a preheated 340°F (170 °C) to a dry toothpick.
