How to make
Soak the biscotti in the compote juice and arrange 1/2 of them in a shallow dish.
After that 1st layer, place the sour cherries or strawberries from the compote.
Place another layer of biscotti and smear with the whipped cream. Sprinkle with the ground walnuts.
Let the cake sit for 1-2 hours, then serve.
