How to make

Layer: Beat the eggs and sugar well, add the flour, baking powder, cocoa and beat again. Lay out a tray with foil, smear it with oil and flour, pour the layer in and bake at 390°F (200 °C) with the fan on, for about 20-30 min. Once the layer is ready, leave to cool and cut in 2 using thread.

Syrup: Pour part of the sugar in a pot to caramelize, add the water, remaining sugar, butter and cocoa. Boil until the caramelized sugar melts.

Cream: Beat the strained yoghurt and powdered sugar until you obtain a homogeneous mixture, add the vanilla.

Once everything is ready, syrup 1 layer half, put 1/2 the cream and arrange fruits of your choice. It's best to put bananas in the middle only because they turn black quickly.

Next, place the other layer half, syrup it, put cream and fruits. Decorate with fruits of your choice.
